Negotiate and secure favorable commercial terms, including pricing, lead times, and risk provisions. Manage the full sourcing process, from supplier development through qualification, negotiation, and contracting. Drive continual cost reduction and cost avoidance
Monitor current category market conditions, evaluating supplier capacities and competitive landscapes, technology roadmaps and supply/demand challenges & opportunities
Ensure Form is working with best-in-class suppliers and mitigating risks by rigorously analyzing component and manufacturing costs, performing risk analyses, forecasting industry trends, and leveraging your own expertise in supply markets and production processes
What you'll bring:
A minimum of 6 years experience in strategic sourcing and/or category management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Deep category experience (2+ years) in metal parts strategic sourcing, market/pricing mechanics, and manufacturing processes in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment.
