Hopkins Center_PA seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care to adult and geriatric patients. In this role, you will assess patient conditions, monitor vitals, administer medications and IV therapies, and support recovery and comfort. You will develop and update care plans, document accurately in the EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, person-centered care. RNs also educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans while upholding infection control and regulatory standards.
