Physical Therapist Assistant

Confluent Health System Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitative care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The PTA will implement treatment plans designed by physical therapists, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities to improve function and quality of life. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting patient progress in the EHR, educating patients and families on home programs, and maintaining a safe, efficient clinic setting.
