General Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to join our family-run restaurant team. We've been delighting the people of Birmingham with our scratch-made food for decades. General Manager Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Ensure an outstanding experience for guests.
  • Attain budgeted sales, labor, food costs, and profitability metrics.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
  • Care for the restaurant as if it were your own.
  • 2+ years of experience as a General Manager.
  • Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety standards.
  • Hands-on leadership approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
