Responsibilities:

Performs patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, arterial blood gas puncture and analysis, maintenance and management of all basic equipment, and patient education.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Associate's Degree Associates Degree in Respiratory Care Sciences. Required or
  • None

Work Experience

  • No experience required Required or

Licenses and Certifications

  • CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required and
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS credential Upon Hire Required and
  • ACLS within 30 Days Required and
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS within 60 Days Required
