Director of Rehab

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead therapy services in a healthcare facility. In this full-time leadership role, you will oversee PT, OT, SLP, and allied rehab teams, manage caseloads, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation oversight, and performance improvement. You’ll partner closely with Jackson’s clinician-first support team, gaining access to diverse clinical settings, growth opportunities, and a nationwide network of rehabilitation professionals.
