Job Description:

Our multidisciplinary teams work together to deliver high-quality services tailored to each individual's unique strengths, needs, and aspirations.
The Assistant Program Coordinator serves in a leadership role, working alongside direct support staff to provide services and supports to individuals served while overseeing and supervising overnight staff. They also provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including assisting with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
Participate in the program's on-call rotation.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
Pay Range:
$22.64-$25.45
