In this inpatient rehab role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress using EMR systems.
