Rehabilitation Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse at Encompass Health, you’ll deliver hands-on care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, helping patients recover from stroke, trauma, and complex medical conditions. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and document in the EMR. You’ll educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and promote safety and infection control.
