Physician-Owned Private Practice Offering Advanced Body Imaging, Clinical Variety, and Partnership Potential

We are seeking a

fellowship-trained Body Imaging Radiologist

to join this established, physician-owned private practice in

San Antonio, Texas . With more than 65 years serving the region, M&S offers the stability of a respected practice combined with the autonomy, collaboration, and physician leadership of a true private practice model.

This opportunity provides an excellent blend of

advanced body imaging, dedicated subspecialty practice, collaboration with a broad range of clinical specialties, and a lifestyle-focused schedule . The ideal candidate will have fellowship training in Body Imaging and may be a newer graduate or an established physician looking for a long-term practice home.

Opportunity Highlights

Join a

100% physician-owned and operated radiology group

with more than 65 years of stability and a strong presence throughout San Antonio.
Become part of a subspecialized Body Imaging team interpreting a diverse range of advanced imaging, including

body CT/MRI, oncologic imaging, cervical cancer evaluations, and prostate-specific imaging .
Practice with access to

multiple 3T MRI platforms , including advanced prostate imaging capabilities and local staging evaluations that support comprehensive prostate cancer care.
Work with a highly collaborative team supporting relationships with

oncology, gynecology, urology, surgery, and other specialty services

throughout the region.
Enjoy a primarily

daytime schedule

with approximately

1-2 remote reading shifts weekly , offering flexibility and a strong work-life balance.
Participate in a collaborative worklist model designed to prioritize clinical needs while maintaining subspecialty expertise and diagnostic variety.
Receive a competitive compensation package including:

Approximately $600,000 annual compensation
$50,000 sign-on bonus
Productivity incentives
10 weeks of vacation annually

Pursue a

two-year partnership track

with shareholder opportunity beginning in Year 3 and long-term ownership potential.
