Reporting To: John Bowser

Compensation: $19.00 / hour

What You'll Do

As a Production Assembler, you'll help manufacture high-quality products by following established procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
  • Package finished products for shipment.
  • Operate a variety of assembly workstations and production equipment.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Follow assembly processes, safety procedures, and operating instructions.
  • Report equipment, quality, material, or process concerns to your supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Support team objectives and production schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What We're looking for

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Six months or more of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular physical activity, including:
  • Standing for the majority of the shift.
  • Frequent walking and movement throughout the work area.
  • Continuous lifting and moving of materials up to 10 pounds.
  • Regular lifting and moving of materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, and operating hand tools as needed.
