Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health seeks Adult or Child Psychiatrists to provide outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and/or adults in a mission-driven, patient-centered setting. In this role you will perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, and manage psychotropic medications. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists, psychologists, and primary care providers, leveraging strong operational and technology support for both in-person and telehealth visits. Our model emphasizes clinical autonomy, evidence-based care, manageable caseloads, and work-life balance within a collegial, multidisciplinary team.
