Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our acute rehab hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized rehab nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, orthopedic, and complex medical conditions. Responsibilities include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and families, documenting accurately, and advocating for safety and functional recovery in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong career growth opportunities.
