RN NVICU

As an RN NVICU at TriStar Health in Nashville, you will provide specialized, high-acuity care to neurologic and vascular intensive care patients in a fast-paced, evidence-based environment. You will manage complex assessments, titrate critical IV medications, operate advanced monitoring and life-support equipment, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status. Working within a collaborative, patient-first culture, you will coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, maintain meticulous documentation, and uphold rigorous safety, infection control, and quality standards while advancing your skills through ongoing professional development.
