Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator - $26 to $32/hr + Bonuses, Medical, Dental, 401K w/match, and more!

Our highly reviewed private practice is seeking a full time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team! To be successful in this role you must understand dental diagnostics, PPO insurances and feel comfortable working closely with patients and their finances.

Schedule: Full Time Monday to Friday - 8 hour shifts

***To be considered for this role you MUST have 2 year minimum experience working as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice.***

Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include:

  • Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions.
  • Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
  • Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate them on available outside financing options.
  • Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
  • Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
