What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
* Create a safe, welcoming, and person-centered home environment
* Ensure high-quality care and compliance across residential programs
* Support individuals in achieving greater independence and community inclusion
* Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations
* Participate in an on-call weekend rotation and provide support when needed
What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1-3 years of experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, or human services
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
