Mindpath Health seeks an Outpatient Hybrid Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of in-person and virtual visits. In this role, you will provide individual and/or group therapy, conduct diagnostic assessments, and develop collaborative treatment plans for diverse patient populations. You will document care in our EHR, coordinate with psychiatrists and other clinicians, and participate in a supportive, learning-focused team culture that values clinical excellence, inclusion, and innovation in accessible behavioral healthcare.
