Clinicians will provide on-site hematology and oncology clinic coverage in New York, working 10-hour shifts structured as 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with after hours call rotation and inpatient call coverage rotation from 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM, and possible 24-hour weekend coverage for ambulatory and inpatient needs. The clinical scope encompasses evaluation and treatment of benign hematology and medical oncology patients, including solid tumor malignancies, with responsibilities that include developing and overseeing treatment plans, conducting consultations, and providing inpatient and infusion center coverage as needed. The facility maintains a patient panel of approximately 1,000 active hematology/oncology and infusion patients. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required for this assignment.
