Step Down Nurse

As a Step Down Nurse at TriStar Health, you will care for acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical levels of care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex medication and cardiac monitoring, and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans.
