Registered Nurse First Assistant

Adventist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to support surgeons and deliver safe, compassionate perioperative care. In this on-site role, you will assist during surgical procedures with exposure, tissue handling, hemostasis, and suturing while upholding sterile technique and patient-safety standards. You will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and other care-team members; help position and monitor patients; and document care in accordance with professional standards and facility policies.
