Bonus Amount: 15,000 Bonus Information: Sign-On Bonus Available for Qualified Candidates. Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates relocating from outside the state of Illinois.

The Respiratory Care Practitioner II (RCP II) / Respiratory Therapist (RRT) delivers respiratory therapy treatments and pulmonary diagnostic services in an acute care setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of care across all patient populations.
Administer respiratory therapy treatments (oxygen, aerosol, airway management)
Implement patient-specific respiratory care plans
Document care in the EMR
May serve as Lead RCP during assigned shifts
Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required
Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
