Full job description
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operational success of a portfolio of business-critical platforms that support CIM’s debt investment and servicing operations. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that systems, data, reporting, and operational workflows effectively support business objectives. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in product management or business systems analysis.
- Reliable and effective operation of business-critical platforms, data, and reporting capabilities that support investment and operational objectives.
- Delivery of technology and process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, data quality, and user experience.
- Accurate, timely, and trusted reporting and analytics that enable informed business decision-making.
- Successful execution of strategic initiatives through effective collaboration with technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- High stakeholder satisfaction demonstrated through strong partnership, responsiveness, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
