Sevita is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide person-centered nursing care, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and support individuals with diverse needs in home and community-based settings. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, educate individuals and families, and document care accurately.
