Registered Nurse Med Surg ICU

Mercy seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg ICU team full-time on day shift. In this role, you will deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to complex medical-surgical patients, performing thorough assessments, administering medications, and closely monitoring patient status. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, support families through education and discharge planning, and respond to emergencies using established ICU protocols.
