Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct Public Area Attendants during assigned shifts.
  • Inspect public areas, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, elevators, employee areas, and other assigned spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Assign daily work tasks and monitor completion.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Respond to guest and management requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
  • Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and departmental standards.
  • Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operational requirements.
  • Complete required reports, inspections, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping or public area experience required.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
