Registered Nurse – Post-Surgical Med Surg

UT Health East Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Post Surgical Med Surg unit in Tyler, TX. In this role, you will provide high-quality, post-operative care to diverse adult patients, performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring vital signs, managing pain, and delivering wound care to support safe recovery. You will administer medications, coordinate care plans, educate patients and families for discharge, and collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
