Summary

About the Role:

The Outpatient Pharmacist - Specialty at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland supports LifeBridge Health’s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all policies and programs. Collaboratively performs LifeBridge Health Retail Pharmacy Services. Interacts with other organization pharmacies on compliance and regulatory issues. Responsible in handling, reviewing for relevant clinical data to ensure the safe dispensation of complex medication therapies associated with the specialized disease states. Work with the provider to streamline specialty products safely. Manages the performance and development of individuals and teams. Responsible for directing, assigning, and reviewing work. Provide in-depth patient counseling and education to patients taking specialty products.

Experience : Required: 3-5 years

Education : Required: PharmB or MScPhm or PharmD

Licenses and Certifications : Required: Pharmacist License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
