Registered Nurse First Assistant

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced RN First Assist to support surgeons and patients in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this perioperative role, you will provide advanced surgical assistance, including exposure, hemostasis, suturing, and instrument handling, while maintaining strict aseptic technique. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to optimize patient safety and outcomes, participate in pre- and post-operative care, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
