Job Description

This position requires basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills. The work includes basic maintenance and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor repairs relating to mechanical equipment, furniture, shelving, plumbing systems, duct work, etc.
• as directed by immediate supervisor.
• Assists in the inventory maintenance of parts and materials stock.
• Assists in the training and inspection of the work of subordinates as directed by supervisor.
• May perform electrical work, welding, carpentry and other trade work.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary Education and 8 Years commercial maintenance & repair experience preferred
• Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and cleaning duties.

This is a role onsite at our Northbrook location

What we offer:

The estimated salary range for this position is $53000 to $64000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
