As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve in public schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working full time on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll provide in-class support, small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, and mentor students to build positive habits and confidence. You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive school climate.
