Position Overview

The Cash Application Reconciliation Representative is responsible for performing a variety of accounts receivable functions to include the reconciliation of daily cash to the patient accounting systems, maintenance of bank deposits and payment spreadsheets, maintenance of data for audit purposes, and for the research and follow-up of patient inquiries. 

Full Time - Exempt

Remote (Requires Washington State Residency)

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or GED equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years cash posting, reconciliation, or bookkeeping experience required, with five (5) years’ experience preferred. 
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Special Training/Skills:

  • Knowledge of insurance claims processing and third party reimbursement procedures preferred
  • Skill in good interpersonal, oral, and written communication, grammar and spelling
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and willingly accept responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to set priorities and use good judgement
