About the Position
We are hiring a CDL A Flatbed Driver in Batavia, New York, with a pay rate of $30 per hour. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with early morning start times between 5:30 and 6 AM. You will enjoy the support of TransForce, ensuring you have the resources you need for success on the road.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay Rate: $30 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30/6 AM start time, 10/12-hour days
- Estimated Weekly Gross: $1400
Job Details
- Route Type: Local
- Freight: Delivering cement blocks and pallets of bagged cement
- Equipment: Flatbed
- Handling: Strapping only, no tarping required, driver does not unload cargo
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering cement blocks and pallets of bagged cement to stores in the central and western New York area
- Making 2-3 stops per day, with 10 to 12-hour workdays
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
