Location: Fort Myers, FL

Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Patient Volume: Approximately 1–2 patients per hour

Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist in Fort Myers, FL to provide orthopedic outpatient care for patients recovering from injury, surgery, and musculoskeletal conditions.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate each patient’s current function, determine appropriate treatment priorities, and provide rehabilitation focused on improving mobility, strength, and physical performance. This position involves managing the full course of care, from the initial evaluation through discharge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Identify strength, mobility, balance, and range-of-motion limitations
• Establish measurable treatment goals
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation
• Perform manual therapy when clinically indicated
• Reassess patients and modify treatment as appropriate
• Provide home exercise and activity instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with referring healthcare providers when necessary

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
