Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Home health setting.
• Full-time schedule.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Shift hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
• Coverage area includes multiple ZIP codes in the Mason, Ohio region.
