Full job description
- 435-bed tertiary care hospital
- 35-bed emergency department with approximately 44,000 annual visits
- High-acuity patient population
- Strong specialty support across cardiac, stroke, trauma, and surgical services
- Efficient workflows and collaborative physician leadership
- Opportunity to work alongside and help develop the hospital's inaugural EM residency program
- Provide overall strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the ED
- Partner with hospital administration and TeamHealth leadership to drive quality, patient experience, physician engagement, and departmental performance
- Mentor and develop physicians, APCs, and future EM residents
- Champion clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and evidence-based best practices
- Leadership development opportunities with access to TeamHealth's nationally recognized leadership resources and mentorship
- W2 employed position
- Base rate + RVU compensation model
- Additional monthly administrative stipend + quarterly incentives

- Previous physician leadership experience preferred
