Team Member - Popeyes

Job Description:

As a Team Member Popeyes, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Prepare and cook food items according to Popeyes’ recipes and quality standards, including frying chicken, preparing sides, and assembling sandwiches.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
* Handle food safely and adhere to all health and sanitation guidelines.
* Restock supplies, condiments, and paper goods as needed.
* Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
* Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Qualifications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
