Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation care in our inpatient setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on treatment, lead therapeutic activities, and help patients regain independence in daily living skills. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document progress, educate patients and families, and promote a safe, nurturing environment focused on patient-centered recovery and long-term functional outcomes.
