Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and educate patients and families to support recovery and safe discharge. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you’ll document progress, participate in care conferences, and contribute to high-quality, patient‑centered outcomes within a nurturing, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
