Cone Health seeks a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for our ICU Stepdown unit. In this role, you’ll deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to complex patients transitioning from intensive care. Responsibilities include continuous assessment and cardiac monitoring, IV medication administration, ventilator weaning support, and interdisciplinary care coordination. You’ll document using EHR, educate patients and families, and uphold strict safety and infection-prevention standards.
