Registered Nurse Float Pool Critical Care

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool Critical Care team. In this role, you will provide high-acuity care to patients across ICU and step-down units, performing assessments, administering medications, managing complex drips and equipment, and responding to emergencies. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice.
