Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

As an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN at Encompass Health, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic or medical conditions. On our day shift, you’ll coordinate and deliver skilled nursing care, manage complex medication and treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, physicians, and case managers to execute individualized care plans that restore function and independence. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe discharges, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, and teamwork.
