Job Summary:
Behavioral Intervention for Autism is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. As a key member of our Per Diem team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism and their families. Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and support services to individuals with Autism throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in a clinic or home-based setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other team members
Assess and analyze client progress, making recommendations for program modifications as needed
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure family-centered care and effective transition of skills to real-life settings
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and plan for future services
Maintain accurate and timely records of client services, including progress notes and billing information
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA Therapy
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working with children with Autism and their families
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
