LPN/LVN

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide direct, patient-centered nursing care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver bedside care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe recovery, educate patients and families, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality care environment.
