SOCIAL WORKER

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination for diverse patient populations. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans, ensure continuity of care, and connect patients with community resources.
