Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details

Manage litigation matters across all phases — from case intake and strategy through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation — with direct partner oversight and support
Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and dispositive and procedural motions
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda analyzing complex factual and legal issues
Take and defend depositions, and assist in preparing witnesses for testimony
Maintain direct client contact, providing updates on case status and supporting client relationship development
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and — as experience develops — trial
