Summary : Site is seeking experienced, board-certified OB/GYN physicians for a long-term locum assignment supporting a growing women's health program. Due to the integrated nature of the practice, agencies should focus on candidates who can provide coverage across multiple care settings, including the outpatient clinic, hospital operating room, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and limited backup hospital call coverage Setting: Inpatient and Clinic

Positions : 3 Long-Term Locum OB/GYN Physicians
Duration: 12+ Months
Start : ASAP Core Coverage Requirements: The ideal candidate will be able to support at least two of the following three areas (clinic & surgery):

1. OB/GYN Clinic
2. Surgical/OR Coverage (Hospital and/or ASC)
3. Hospital Call Coverage Preference will be given to providers capable of covering all three functions.

Practice Setting: Providers will work within a robust OB/GYN team of OB/GYN physicians, APP€™s, and certified nurse midwives. Physicians should be comfortable providing consultation, support, and clinical guidance for complex patients managed by APPs and midwives. In addition to patient care responsibilities, physicians will be expected to serve as experienced clinical resources and mentors for newer providers joining the practice. Procedural proctoring is not required. Schedule Expectations Preferred Commitment

• Full-time coverage: 5 days per week, 4 weeks per month
• Site will consider providers able to work a minimum of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off per month
• Candidates available for less than two weeks per month will not be considered

Typical Hours

• Monday-Friday (clinic and surgery) 8:00 a.m. €" 5:00 p.m. Call coverage would be scheduled as 24-hour call shifts.
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day (clinic and surgery)
• Overtime applies after 40 hours per week (clinic and surgery)

Coverage Flexibility: A key requirement of this search is provider flexibility.
Schedules may vary week-to-week and providers should be comfortable floating between:

• Outpatient clinic
• Hospital operating room
• Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) Assignments may not follow a consistent pattern, requiring physicians to transition between clinic and procedural responsibilities as patient volumes dictate.

Call Requirements: While this is primarily a clinic and surgical coverage need, Kadlec requires at least a subset of locum physicians to participate in backup hospital call coverage .
Call expectations include:

• Low-volume backup call
• Average callback frequency of approximately two days per week
• Typical callback duration of 2-4 hours when activated
• Weekend backup call coverage needed
• Ability to leave scheduled clinic duties when necessary to support unexpected hospital coverage
