  • Full-time hospitalist

• Shared call: 1:7 + backup call panel
• Work alongside experienced physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives in a highly collaborative environment
• Practice with autonomy and minimal bureaucracy
• Live where you want residency in Santa Cruz County is not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $375,000 $400,000+ guaranteed salary + productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
