Registered Nurse Observation Unit

Intermountain Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Observation Unit. In this fast-paced setting, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients requiring short-term monitoring and evaluation. Responsibilities include focused assessment, cardiac and vital sign monitoring, IV therapy and medication administration, timely documentation in the EHR, and supporting safe, efficient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
