Speech-Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy within our inpatient rehab and home-based programs. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with neurological and medically complex conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, document outcomes, and support safe discharges while contributing to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment with clear opportunities for professional growth.
