Surgical Technologist IV

Intermountain Health seeks a Surgical Technologist IV to support complex procedures in a high-acuity, team-based operating room. In this advanced role, you will prepare ORs, select and set up instruments, and maintain strict aseptic technique to ensure patient safety. You will anticipate surgeon needs, assist with specialty equipment, and help manage emergencies. As a senior technologist, you’ll mentor junior staff, support training and process improvement, and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing to deliver patient-centered, mission-driven care. Certification and strong OR experience required.
